Callum Williams (14 years) has achieved standard in four events (100mH 14.24, LJ 5.98, TJ 13.05, and Pentathlon 3065points) to win a BC Athletics Award of Excellence.
Willow Parker (two firsts) and Bennett Tschopp (one first and one third) are chasing top awards in the Lower Mainland Cross Country Series.
NorWesters Awards Banquet is happening on Sunday, January 25 at the Capilano Rugby Club.

NorWesters is delighted to announce that Mike Adair has joined NorWesters as a Distance Coach. Mike was inspired by his training with Frank Reynolds and is keen to introduce Frank’s training methods which produced four Olympians.
